Default Shake Rattle and Ding

Hi,

New to the Forum, although I used this extensively before I purchased my 2005 / 2.5 a year and a half ago. I love the car, fast, good mileage, sharp looking.

The car was from NY, NY and someone beat the daylights out of it. At 30K it has developed a rattle in the front left door panel along with a ringing sound upon closing the door. My question is, what's rattling and dinging? How hard it is to pop the door panel? Any special tools.

Also, the protective shroud under the front of the motor keeps getting knocked off thanks to my daughter hitting parking stops. Any suggestions there? Other than disowning my daughter. She's good for a tax deduction.

Thanks in advance to any help!
Cheers
Gonzo
