Mentiroso Posts: 2 Images: 0	Shifter jamming on auto trans The shifter on my 2005 Altima has been getting jammed up. The sliding cover piece is jamming as you try to shift from park to drive. You can not shift below D into 2 or 1 because that sliding cover piece gets stuck at the bottom. I am sure something got stuck in there. My question is, how do you remove the shifter cover? I dont see any screws but I dont want to try and pop it off until I know for sure. Thanks!
