Hi Ive recently noticed while driving or stopping at a light, thick smoke coming from the right side of my hood.

i am yet to take it in to be checked. the only thing i can think of probably maybe oil leaking from somewhere in the engine area and splattering on the exhaust area of the engine .
i'm not sure if this is the problem. any ideas/ solutions are welcome.

heres a great idea. take it into a shop bro lol. smoke=no good. always. just take it in to ur local TRUSTWORTHY shop and get the show on the road.

smoke coming from the right side of the hood...lots of things over there, pop the hood and look to see where exactly it is coming from or bring it into a shop.

guesses...your belt, one of your accessories are frozen, oil, radiator fluid, a doughnut someone left in there (happened to my wifes truck), ran over a critter and got stuck, a rat made a nest and your belt is rubbing him the wrong way, or it could be that pesky penguin from Billy Madison.

the thing is, the smoke usually occurs while i'm driving, in awkward locations, e.g at a traffic light, by the time i'm able to get to a stop , to check the smoke is gone.

i also noticed the smoke/smell also passes through the vents, when i turn on the heater.

will get it check out as soon as possible
