I'd say just go with the one that is cheaper when you're ready to buy. I actually was bent on getting the K&N after watching the youtube videos as the youtube Takeda dyno video was kind of cool. I sprung for the takeda after it was $20 cheaper than the K&N on amazon.

But if I hd known at the time that the AEM and the Injen were CARB legal, I would've gone for either of those. Now that I know what's involved in switching back to the OEM box when it's time for my car to get smogged, it's not so much of a problem switching it out in the year 2015.

I thought AEM only made there intake for the Vq? I always use AEM unless they don't make one for the car I'm working with.
