Default Three Way Catalyst(TWC) function. What's that?

I had some serious bogging problems on acceleration a while back but solved almost all of it after finding the catalytic converter clogged. I replaced it but I still get some power that's being held back. I have code P0420 which says TWC function and a P0128 which doesn't seem to exist for some reason. I keep clearing the codes to see if they're consistent and they are.

Any ideas?

that means your cat is toast. are you consuming oil also. they were common to do this. that means your cat is no longer taking all the bad stuff from you exhaust and making it better. pull an 02 sensor and look into the cat and i bet its not there anymore. or you could hit it with your hand and if you hear it rattle around its bad. if i can help any more let me know

As stated in the first post, I just replaced it with a brand new one. I am consuming some oil. I gotta check out my precats.

which cat did you replace. the one at the top is the threeway its the only monitored one. its going to be 02 sensor related if its not cats. if oil gets on the 02 it will foul it.
if i could see a data monitor of both 02 sensors i could tell you if whats going on

I replaced the main cat, the one under the subframe.

the one in the exhaust manifold is the only one that is monitored so you need to check that one. you can pull the pipe under the subframe and look up into if to the cat if its gone they you need one. this is the easyiest way.
