I want to replace all my stock speakers with fosgate punches and put in a fosgate 500W 4-channel amp but leave the HU, would that work for quality sound.

I would upgrade the headunit as well. More options to customize how you want everything to sound.

Upgrade the HU. You probably won't get full potential of your speakers

Since fosgate doesn't have head units,thinking about a kenwood 2DIN unit with the fosgates or is there a different HU i can get that is work with the fosgates.

Any HU will work with them. Alpines are good too though.
