Cat manifold issue happened within a month of owning the car and got that fixed at the Nissan dealership I work at and was recommended to go with an aftermarket manifold as it came with all the gaskets and such at a fraction of the cost. .

Interior
Added a clarion cd deck with colour changing LEDs to match the interior and used the tray from my old Sentra console to fill in the double din.
Thinking of recovering some of the fabric interior and adding led lights to the dash in replace of the orange.

Exterior
First upgrade was new Alloys and I gave my steel wheels with winter tyres to my mother-in-law for her 2003 Altima. Bought some used Alloys that I cleaned and repainted to be my new winter alloys with Toyo tyres.
Next up its due for a bit of suspension work with a lower control arm and inner tierod.

Audio
I have a 7 inch acer quad core tablet I'm thinking of mounting in the dash and running an amp for the audio with remote audio controls and a Bluetooth OBD2 reader to connect to it.
