Can the grill be replaced without removing the front bumper? Or is that a requirement? I've been searching for diagrams/videos/instructions and come up dry. I bought a new grill (because the old one got wrecked) but need to avoid removing the bumper if at all possible (long story).

So i have a 06 se 3.5 and i wanted to know if there was any way i could run my fogs without my headlights being on. I plan on getting 3k HIDs for the fogs and 8Ks for the heads and i wanna run the gots by themselves during the day....OH and how do i install the HID kit, thanx.
