05 altima 2.5 random crank no start

This has been a complete nightmare for me for about 2 months. I’ve had randomly no start conditions on my altima and i can’t seem to find the cause. I also have randomly a lack of power from the engine. I’ve changed the following:

New OEM CAM AND CRANK Sensors

4 New Duralast coils from autozone.

New OEM spark plugs

Replaced Fuel pump

New fuel rail and fuel injectors

New MAF SENSOR

REPLACED IPDM

I’ve ran 2 1/0 sized Ground cables and cleaned surfaces

I’ve ran a compression test and had fairly good and consistent compression on all the cylinders.

I was getting a code for random missfire and catalytic converter efficiency in bank 1 so i replaced the MAF sensor because i thought it could be giving me wrong code’s considering the catalytic converter was changed maybe a year ago.

I will be buying some catalytic converter cleaner and hope that fixes my problem but at this point i doubt it.

I felt like i had a head gasket leak because i smell coolant out of the exhaust with white smoke and lost a considerable amount and used blue devil and it seemed to fix my problem. However i still have a coolant problem where I feel like I loose coolant.

used engine restore when i changed my oil because the oil was mixed with gas from trying to crank the engine over so many times.

If anyone could give me an idea on what this problem could be coming from please let me know. I’ve put well over $15k into this car over the last few years and it’s making me sick.

When coolant is leaking from a head gasket, sealer will only mitigate it the symptoms, not fix it. The fact that you're getting fuel in the crank after the episodes means it's a no-fire condition, so your no-starts may very well be from enough coolant intermittently leaking into the cylinders to soak the plugs. Nothing Nissan ever starts with wet plugs, whether it's fuel or anti-freeze or anything else.

When I’m looking inside the cylinder the pistons don’t look like they have or had any coolant inside them so I’m really not sure if that much coolant is getting inside the cylinder how could i test if it’s coolant giving me the issue?
On a QR25 the easiest method is a flashlight. Healthy cylinders always have a thin coating of jet-black carbon on the piston crowns, the tops of pistons which are regularly taking water will be shiny because the water vapor blows the carbon away. If the leak is very small (which yours may be) then using a chemical combustion-byproduct tester on the anti-freeze is the best-easiest way.

Coolant system pressure check. It pressurizes the cooling system and you can see if it loses pressure over time.

I did this test and used a bore scope in my cylinders and saw where the head gasket leaks from.

Check cold cranking amps on your battery. My volts on battery and alternator checked good. Cranking amps was 1/2 what it should’ve been. New gel battery fixed ur $300+

Check your battery’s cold cranking amps.
