A local turbo altima owner was able to drop their car off for some R & D on how the turbo system can be improved. And we have gotten a lot done.

We did a day of dyno testing that showed how terrible the OEM intercooler was, so we designed an upgraded system with 60in^3 more volume, and less pressure drop.

We created an oil feed line upgrade kit, Nissan oil feed lines are known to some members on here have seen.

We sorted out a diverter valve upgrade, the OEM Renault valve used in the KR and MR(v2) leak heaps from factory.

We also addressed the horrible upper intercooler pipe.

@Abramstank Not as of yet as far as hardware however I did purchase a piggy-back tuning module for the Altima 2.0 Turbo from . It unlocks about 60hp to the wheels with 7 stages. If you add the Bluetooth option you'll be able to cycle through the 7 stages remotely using their smartphone app. Its a clean plug and play install. My engine is too new so I'm waiting awhile before I install it.
Any update about the TDI tuning? Greetings
