2010 altima, I changed both catalytic converters and still bogs down like the trans will not go pass 40 mph. When I remove the oxygen sensor on top, drives like a charm. No codes, I am lost for sure. I read supposedly nissan had an ECU programming issue, but when I called my VIN# did not apply. Please help, any guidance would be appreciated!

Did the original rear cat come apart? If so, there might be cat debris further down the pipe causing a breathing problem. If pulling the A/F makes it run right, you can be very certain there's an exhaust obstruction someplace.

Hi there, is there any possibility you have clogged catalytic converters? I mean obviously you dont have this problem before you install new cats. So i guess there was something during the installing process. If your engine seems to bog down when you hit the gas pedal, that means the cats are clogged. Good luck.
