I am trying to find a Dash kit for my 05 Altima with navigation. I was thinking about just deleting on the navigation since this is 2022. I have been scouring the internet for days trying to find something, but the closest I got is a touchscreen radio I can possibly put in the navigation screen location, and just not use the factory radio buttons. Mainly looking for a clean look. Please anyone help. Thank you.
