So I was thinking about getting a new wheel and tire setup for my 2011 Altima 2.5s Sedan. But I'm pretty confused on how this offsetting stuff works.

these are the wheels I'm wanting to get but I saw stuff about offsets which confused me.



I also used the 1010 offset calculator which said this but I dont really get what this means.

any help would be greatly appreciated

Your car's OEM wheel offset is: ET45 which is a positive offset of 45 mm. When buying wheels, try to keep the offset as close to 45 as possible. If the offset is too small, the tire may touch the strut; if it's too large, it may touch the inner fender.
