So I when on eBay bought a pair with the bezels , the problem is the indicator in the dashboard illuminates but the lights do not come on , any help

Nissan doesn't make a kit for the gen6 Alties, mostly because the combination switch is a "ring" type instead of a "saddle" like the gen5's. So I'm guessing, but I know the gen6 IPDM's need to be configured, and there's most likely a configuration option in the BCM as well. The two need to be on the same page for the fogs to work, because the BCM reads the combo switch and then relays the on/off info to the IPDM via the CANbus. So you may need to get one or both of them reconfigured. One quick thing you can check, I believe there's a separate Fog fuse in the IPDM which may not be stuffed on a non-fog car.
I have an 2020 Altima VC Turbo and added the fog lights myself. Did you replace the left column stalk with the correct stalk that has the fog light switch? On my vehicle which should be the same basic setup it did not need any reprogramming. I added the fog lights and replaced the stalk with the fog light switch in it and bingo!
no I haven’t replaced the left column stalk.
Are you l talking about the head light switch on the Column .please explain, thanks for your help

Yes you need to replace that whole turn signal stalk. The original stalk doesn't have the fog light switch. See my pic.

Ok I see now , is this hard to replace ? Will I need to remove the air bag
It's not really hard but you will need to remove the air bag and steering wheel. There's a few tutorials out there. Very straight forward. The hardest part is the two hidden clips that hold the air bag on. After those are popped off its one large torx bolt holding the steering wheel on then a few phillips hold trim panels around the column.

I did this project myself a couple of weeks ago. The toughest past for me was removing the torx bolt behind the airbag. Having a longer bar brake helped get it off. Pretty sure it was coated in LocTite to make it even tougher. Everything else was very similar to the tutorials on other threads.

May I ask where did you purchase the left stalk
On gen5's and gen6's ('13 up) you can't replace the stalk, you need to replace the entire combination switch. The gen5's ('13~'18) are easier because the switches are saddle types which don't require removing the wheel, but on all of them the switch is unitized with both stalks in a single assembly.
