I can get you the info tomorrow at the shop, but are your OE headlights halogen or LED (different wiring), and do you want the strip to come on with the Parks, or the Low Beams?
I'll get you connector layouts and wire colors tomorrow. You should be able to just tap one of the Low Beam power wires to drive a relay. The IPDM on your ride has "Smart FETs" instead of fuses, so I don't recommend driving additional loads directly off the headlight supplies. One 40A "Bosch Box" relay from the parts store will more than suffice to drive both the strip and emblem.
Here you go. Connector views are harness side (the side where the wires enter). You want to tap one of the LIGHT LBEAM wires and run it to one side of the relay coil (85 or 86 on a Bosch Box), the other side of the coil goes to ground. Wire terminal 30 (common) to 12V battery through a suitable inline fuse. Terminal 87 (N.O.) goes to your lights+, lights- goes to ground. Terminal 87a (if present) is unused.
You won't get any errors from t-tapping a low beam wire, the relay coil will just look like an extra 175 milliamp load to the IPDM. It won't affect the internal diagnostics for the headlamp at all. No worries on that score.
