And your opinion could it be that relay box everything else was running The AC was running headlights stereo GPS all that was running there was no ABS lights on or anything like that The only thing was the alternator wasn't charging the battery it kept dropping All fuses were good I'm stumped

If that alternator fuse is good then either your alternator is dead or you made a bad splice on the connector repair. You should check the latter first, of course. That fuse feeds the orange wire, so you should show 12V there. If not there's a bad splice.

PS - If you didn't use solder-shrinks for the splices, you should. They're God's gift to good wire repair, waterproof and permanent. You can get a whole box for under $10:


Just slide them over the wire like you would with regular heat shrink. Twist the wires and put the solder ring over the twisted ends, heat with a gun or lighter till the solder melts. Easy-peasy and much better than traditional butt-crimps, especially for engine box connections.

All right thank you so much for your input You've definitely given me some things to look at different viewpoint I will definitely be hitting you up in the coming days because truth be told I don't really know what I'm doing lol but I'm too broke to pay for a specialist
