It does not have an IACV. It has a throttle body which regulate the idle air. You already clean the throttle body. Hope you dont have the relearn issue like I did

I was not able to get it right. my issue was a broken wire that lead to loss of power when i shut down the car. the wire was fixed and nissan did a reprogramming.
