Code P0171 came up and car hasn’t been running well also, but it’ll run for about 20-30 mins then if engine turned off then it doesn’t come back on until it’s been off for awhile. Not sure what the issue is, fuel pump? Catalytic converter?
Would appreciate any help or suggestions on what it is

P0171 is a "system lean" code. Since the car is running badly and there aren't other codes, the most likely culprits are a vacuum leak or bad fuel.

The possible causes for a P0171 DTC could be any one of these:
  • Intake air leaks
  • Faulty front heated oxygen sensor
  • Ignition misfiring
  • Faulty fuel injectors
  • Exhaust gas leaks
  • Incorrect fuel pressure
  • Lack of fuel
  • Faulty Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor
  • Incorrect Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) hose connection
Upon detecting this problem, the ECU puts the system into "fail safe" which reduces performance but still allowing you to drive the car.
