The bearing is part of the hub, it's a sealed unit and doesn't get "torqued" like old school taper bearings. If it's bad you replace it, there's no adjustment.

No, the 88.3 is nM. The last figure is lbs/ft, (65 for the hub retainers). The same for the caliper diagram. Nissan exploded diagrams all follow that pattern, but if the wrench symbol is black-on-white and not white-on-black, the values are lbs/in instead of lbs/ft.
