The bearing is part of the hub, it's a sealed unit and doesn't get "torqued" like old school taper bearings. If it's bad you replace it, there's no adjustment.
ops, meant the torque specs for the hub

So according to the diagram above, 83 ft/lbs would be the proper spec?

Also, i'll probably need the torque specs for the brake caliper. Just want to make sure I'm actually right here

62 FT/LBS for the caliper?
