it just a fob holder, some ppl say that it charges the key while its in there. but all it does it hold it
I meant the slot beside the key holder..it just a fob holder, some ppl say that it charges the key while its in there. but all it does it hold it
Yeah.. I checked through and through.. No luck.. Maybe the owner before me did something?Never seen it before. Did you check the manual. Should be in there.
I guess it's just the design? I thought it was an option for a sd card or something? HmmI just looked at my car. I got every option and mine looks the same too
Definitely weird.. Like you said, almost like they had a plan for something and maybe didn't fall through?I thought I read somewhere for some Nissan model that they have an SD card slot there and figured it was the same for the Altima. I searched around a bit and found nothing. I did find a bunch of Nissans with navigation system used CF cards but they were always right near the navigation system itself, not by the ikey slot.
This is strange, almost like it was going to be an SD card slot but it was never used?
Then you have a dead fob battery or a damaged fob. That's what the "doghouse" is for, to use when the fob can't transmit to the car.I have it, it is the only way to start my car.
I believe it is for an SD card slot that is only present in cars equipped with the factory navigation system.Hey guys/gals
I have a 2008 altima 2.5S coupe and i can't seem to find what the slot is beside the key fob holder? Anyone know? I was thinking for SD cards or something?
