I recently purchased a 2012 Altima coupe 2.5 manual, my truck was way to low in MPG. The car is mechanically great but has some rough spots on the body and interior. There someone parting out a 2013 Infinity G37X and many parts look interchangeable. Specifically looking at the following.

1. Driver and passenger seats, my Altima has powered cloth driver seat.
2. Front head lights
3. tires. Altima has stock p215/55r17, the Infiniti has p225/55r17.
4. front grill insert

Any other parts worth changing from the Infiniti?

The tires will work OK. However the speedometer will show a slightly slower speed by about 1 mi/hr then actual.

head lights are completly different
