It could be CVT chain wear. When was the last time the CVT fluid was changed? If never, change it ASAP!

 

I had it checked when I was doing the 60K maintenance, I will have it checked/changed. Thanks

 

80,000 mi without changing it is way too long; it should be changed every 30,000 mi. When the fluid stays in too long, the chemical properties of the fluid get compromised and it can no longer provide that cushion that's so needed between the steel belt and the cones.
